Help screen is messing up!!!

I have a pic here of my screen. When there are dark colors on the screen it starts having weird reactions. I haven't dropped it or had any weight on it. Someone please help me with what's going on because I've only had it for 2 months.

No I'm talking about discoloration. Eras yellow pixel spots around the edge of the screen and a yellow
One through the middle of the screen. I don't know if this showed in the pic but I don't know how to fix it. It shows more when there are dark colors on the screen.

Yeah, screen shots just show how it's supposed to look or what the software did. Not often good for physical issues.

Took a pic with my wife's phone here's what it looks like you will notice big problems near the time and by dolphin app
