Help Mobogenie Download

Problem's that I download Mobogenie letting it to download till 100% and then I go to my downloads and I touch file,I look at all alowences and touch download.Nothing happens. I touch cancel it cancels.I discard file and download Mobogenie again.I can only cancel. What to do?

OK I've looked into this app. It seems like it is a source of malware so if you have an Anti-virus app on your device it may have stopped the installation so be careful. Apart from that, I'm at a a loss

I checed all programs - no anti-virus.

OK Can you go to playstore and get ESFile explorer. When installed use it to locate the mobgenie apk and trey to get ESFile explorer to install it?
