Help bootloader HTC Explorer

I want to make a factory reset on my HTC Explorer but that is not possible. HTC has advised me to htcdev.com (no support) to unlock bootloader. i've followed the instruction but when I get to the part with "fastboot oem get_identifier_token" on the commandpromt I can not go further. Please help

Make sure USB Debuggin is enabled on your phone. Also, uninstall HTC Sync but leave the drivers installed

Make sure that settings, Power, Fast boot is off.

Turn off phone.

Hold volume down while powering up.

Follow the on screen menus - you ought to see a factory data reset there.

Plug phone into pc - it should show FASTBOOT USB highlighted - if not, you're not going to get the token from that fastboot command.

When it highlights FASTBOOT and you plug it in, no change to FASTBOOT USB?

That's atypical for an HTC.

As is the idea that you can't do a factory data reset from the main settings.

In any case - while on FASTBOOT, plugged in, have you tried the fastboot command to fetch the token?

Open a command window to where fastboot is, \sdk-tools if you followed my guide and then -

fastboot oem get_identifier_token

Then complete the steps as outlined at HTCdev.com - when they mail you your unlock code, save it to where your fastboot is.

I have recieved the unlock code.
If I save it with the fastboot in the root of c: I get this message in command promt:
C:\>fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin
error: cannot load 'Unlock_code.bin'

If I save it with fastboot at c: Android I get this message:
C:\>Android>fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin
Adgang nægtet. (entry denied)

Please help me with this last step at HTCdev.com before i throw out the phone

And you chose other supported models at HTCdev.com?

Try downloading the bin from your mail to folder where fastboot is and try again.

Remember to delete the old copy by fastboot before downloading again.
