Help Sent Messages Not Showing

So I've been using my OnePlus One for about a month now and I recently updated to the new software and suddenly the sent messages aren't showing properly in the default SMS app. I don't know if it's related to the update or not but I'm now forced to use a third party SMS app which I don't like! Can anyone help?

("sending disabled" is just because I've changed my default SMS app)

What you will need to do is go into phone testing settings by typing * # * # 4 6 3 6 # * # * , without the spaces, in the dialler.
Once you've done that go into phone information, scroll down and you will find the SMSC number.
Google to find your carrier's SMSC number; eg Verizons is +316540951000 and edit as appropriate.

No luck, it's already correctly set! It's not that my messages aren't sending, they are. It's just that I can't see my sent messages in the default messaging app. If I switch to a third party one, everything's fine. :/
