Help HTC One copy videos from computer

when i try to copy videos from my computer to my phone, it says the videos are 0:00:00 long and i cant find them on my phone. i also tried to convert them but thats also not working...

How are you copying the videos, direct USB cable, wireless? What software did you use to try and convert them? - VLC, Handbrake? Where did the MP4 videos come from, not iTunes was it? Have they got DRM on them?

tried to copy them with usb and with the app AirDroid, converted with windows (it asked to convert them before moving them to the phone) i downloaded the videos and what is DRM?

How big are the files?

0.5 GB -1.2 GB but it worked with larger files before

DRM is Digital Rights/Restrictions Management, copy protection that purchased movies often have. If a movie was purchased from iTunes, it can only be played in iTunes, QuickTime, or on an iPhone or iPad. What video player are you using on the HTC? Try something like MX Player or VLC.
