Help android Box

I have a New Android tv box and when I switch it on in the morning it keeps freezing on a page saying MBOX Make your life colourful, I've removed the power lead a couple of days and it worked but today I've done that time and time again & it won't load up past that page, Is there another solution to this or does my device have problems stopping it loading up

Sounds like it's bricked itself, or is having serious instability problems. Probably best to RMA it for refund or replacement.

Thanks for that I'm new to these devices and this has slightly put me off, I've emailed the company explaining the same to them. I now have an argument with them for a replacement lol Bricking is a new term to me so thanks again!!!
