You will need a search engine so you can only replace the Bing one with another. To change your search engine in Chrome for Android, open the Chrome app, tap the menu button, tap Settings, and tap Search engine. Choose from among the search engines in the list — Google, Bing, Yahoo!, AOL, and Ask.

its not a search engine, it pops up as another tab when i open google chrome

Ah, I understand. I don't use Chrome as I detest Google so hopefully someone will help you out shortly.

Settings, Apps, All, Chrome, clear data and cache.

Bing hijacking on Windows has evidently arrived on Android.

Anyway, try that, let us know if that sorts it out.

Do the same for all installed browsers.

Including for Chrome again, and reboot.

If it's still there, try Malwarebytes and Addons Detector.
