Help Android phone block sms

Is there any mechanism in android phone to block sms that from same source number and content at the same time ?
When i send two sms to my phone at the same time, i just got one message!
any one know ?

I'm not quite sure I understand what you are asking for? You are having problems receiving 2 identical messages from the same person at the same time??

I must got 2 identical messages , but just got 1.
My operator very sure he got 2 cdr from my handset.
