My phone is stuck in bootloop PLS HELP!

I have a HTC Desire 310 and i tried installing CWM on it...When i rebooted it i couldnt start.So i went on Google and found out it was a bootloop and i cant fix it.I cant get in fastboot mode either and cant do anything on my phone.Pls if you know what to do pls tell me.

If you can get into Recovery Mode wipe your Dakvik Cache and your Cache, if it doesn't work try again. If it doesn't work after 2 times then re-flash your ROM (don't factory reset, I don't think that'll help)

This is the worst rooting advice ever and doesn't match the situation at all.

I get you're trying to be helpful but if you don't understand a situation or how a specific phone works, then you're going to hit a point doing harm, not good.

Not trying to hurt your feelings - trying to protect people's investments in their phones ok?

If you can't get into FASTBOOT mode then it's a real problem.

Have you tried to power reset by holding volume up and power?

I have but nothing happens i have also tried with volume down but still nothing it just shows the htc screen over and over again until i remove the batteries
Also i wanted to say that i was installing CWM using Rashr and i found out that the reason for bootloop was that the build numbers didnt match
I appreciate your reply if there is a way i will do if not i will take it to service.
