Help Screen problem please help

What exactly am I looking for/at? The image (wallpaper?). A particular icon on the top?
umm you can see the blue bubble thingy on the side of the screen it is just stuck there

Almost looks to be a delamination of the glass. Hard to tell.

Has it been dropped or exposed to water?
From the picture and your description it will probably need a new screen, you'll have to decide if it's worth repairing or just time for a new phone.

its okay i still havr warranty on it but thanks for the help
Warranty may not apply if there is evidence of damage (unless you have a replacement plan that allows for this).
If it's under warranty and this just happened all by itself then yes it should be covered. But if it got wet or dropped, then it wouldn't be.
