Newby help please

Hi All,

I have just bought a MX pro for my sons bedroom, first time we have had one of these type of boxes.
Connected it downstairs via Ethernet then entered wifi details and disconnected the Ethernet all okay.

Then took it up to his bedroom and only getting a blank screen.

Could the TV have too low resolution of something like that? His PS4 etc works fine on it

Hi did you get this sorted I'm the same works fine downstairs but wnt on any over the tvs upstairs. Both tvs upstairs are modern TV, I dnt understand the problem

Unfortunately no. I can only assume it was down to the poor wireless signal. I returned the box :-(
