Help Why cant i move apps to sd card?

My question seems familiar but i dont intend to waste someones time as i tried sdk manager and adb to set install location at 2 and successfully followed this- http://www.howtogeek.com/114667/how...y-default-move-almost-any-app-to-the-sd-card/ and after finishing it the result was as shown in image which was successful according to website but the problem is that even now my "Move to sd card" button is greyed out so someone please help me.I assure everyone that its not a duplicate.

What phone and what OS version? Moving to SD was deprecated in Android 4, so most devices don't have the option at all.

Also what apps are you trying to move? Not all can be moved even if the device supports it and the default install location has been changed.
 
The bad thing about those is that is you have a device which supports moving apps to SD it often _will_ let you move those. Then the next time you restart the widget breaks or the app fails and the non-expert user doesn't know why.
