WHAN CAN I DO?!?!?

You won't be able to just flash a custom recovery without root or somehow unlocking the bootloader, unless the recovery is made to be used with a locked bootloader...but still that will require root.
If it is softbricked, you can always flash the stock firmware for your device via ODIN. You can get the firmware from Sammobile.com ;)

Is there a way to avoid loosing all my data? i´d pay for help i swear, i need my phonebook, pictures and else... please help!!

What specific model do you have? Pretty much the only model that has a locked bootloader is the Verizon model( on kitkat I believe). Flashing official firmware may wipe your internal storage. Have you tried inserting the usb cable in another usb port? Or try a different cable? Fixes that most of the time.
