Help How to turn off "Incoming Call" Notification?

Hello,I have a Samsung Galaxy Advanced and if someone calls me,I receive a notification "Incoming Call From (Number)",I searched all the things in the settings but I haven't solved my problem,the accessibility and Talkback are off

If it's an audio announce, you have driving mode enabled. I'm not sure how it's accessed on your model phone, but likely either from Quick-settings (the buttons visible when you swipe down the notification bar) or in Settings > Voice Input & Output > Text-to-speech settings.

On a Samsung, it should be under Accessibility settings. Look for something like, read notifications aloud, or Driver Mode. Depends on TouchWiz version.
