No issues on my end downloading. No issues as of yet customized whole interface have fast charger installed. next trying xposed an V4A not a fan of audiofx. Dont have service on phone so cant test if 4g works or not... will update with any issues.

Flashed this last night, everything seems to be running smooth. LTE is working just fine for me. So far so good though I haven't really tried much else yet. I'll post if I run into any issues. Thanks for the hard work badmofo!! (Appropriate name BTW haha ;))

[Edit[ OK, so there is just one thing that has been bugging me A LOT. I'm not sure if it's rom specific, and this might be totally off topic here, but I don't remember this being an issue being I started flashing roms. ALL of my icons look...fuzzy, I guess that's the best way I can describe it. They just aren't sharp and crisp. I've tried just about every launcher, downloaded at least 20 different icon packs, and it's all the same thing. Took a screenshot of some of the icons

They just don't look good, and this is for every icon pack I've applied. Seems to have started with CM12 and it's still a thing with this rom. Am I the only one? Or is this a simple fix? It's really annoying me now lol

I like it so far. Unlike cm12 this one connected me to 3g upon boot up. Looks very nice. My only problem is that I can't record videos or record on snap chat. Any suggestions?

That seems to be an ongoing problem with these Lollipop roms, at least for me. Can anyone explain why recording or viewing video is so glitchy?

Followed directions listed at bottom of op following a clean flash, no LTE. I have 3G, but my signal fluctuates pretty heavily and I get recurring voicemail notifications.

EDIT: It seems that I had to toggle around the apn settings a little more to get things working. At the moment I have working LTE. It seems steady, and I don't have that constantly recurring voicemail notification. Cautiously hopeful. If things stay solid then this rom will be a keeper. I've always had LTE problems on CM12/12.1.

What apn settings did you change? I have 3G but haven't been able to get 4g to work.

At first I followed the stuff listed in the op exactly. When that didn't work, I went back into apn settings and selected the apn that was unselected. It quickly switched back to the first apn and lte kicked in. I had do to it again when I rebooted, and I'm guessing I'll have to on every boot.

Hey @Bad_MOFO_33 I love this ROM it's better that Candy 5 ROM. However I have noticed one problem since using it. When you plug in headphones the phone detects them however the sound won't go through the headphones only through the phone's speaker. Hope to see updates soon
UPDATE
Its my headphones not the phone. XD

when I'm charging, the green LED light stays on constantly, is there a way to fix it?
I've only been on for 5 minutes and I may be able to fix it.
Also, thanks for the dank ROM, dev!

You can change the color in settings >Display and Lights> (All the way at the bottom) Battery Light

It's probably a dpi thing
Nope, looked into our phone and saw that the dpi is set at what it's supposed to be set at: 240. However, I just tried 180 and 220dpi and YouTube quality remained at 360p. So I don't think it's a dpi issue. On a side note, 220dpi works pretty well. Text is a little small but that isn't a problem for me.
