If it's a "ghost app".. Not easily. If you're rooted? Then yes, possibly.. If you look in system/app & system/priv-app. But you have to know what's SUPPOSED to be there before you'll understand what doesn't belong. I've had to use a ghost app to find/keep track of my kids before. And if you ARE just a kid/teen - leave the app alone (IF your parents installed it): it just may save your life. Seriously
