I presume you mean an alternative launcher to TouchWiz?

I like Nova Launcher, lots of customisations, tweaks etc, and it works fabulously. There are many launchers. Google launcher will give you a more "pure" Android experience, and is quite different from TouchWiz.

I really depends on what you like and/or what to change about the default launcher. I find that Nova is a good launcher and works well for me. I use it on my Galaxy S3. I use it to remove the dock at the bottom of the home screens and to add additional rows for screen objects. It allows greater flexibility when resizing and placing widgets as you can overlap them and can place and resize them by half a screen object unit. It also offers a variety of screen transition effects when moving from one home screen to another.

Nova is always my go to launcher. I sometimes change it up and go with Google launcher. But always end up going back to Nova
