Help HTC Desire 620 Top Speaker Sound

Hey,
so I recently got the Desire 620 and found myself wondering if it was normal, that the top speaker doesn't work while playing music. I thought it was supposed to be a BoomSound Phone with dual speakers.
Do any of you know more about this? Btw it is not the 620G or Dual Sim.
Hope somebody has an answer.

Edit: Found this review ( https://recombu.com/mobile/article/htc-desire-620-review-in-depth ), they noticed the lack of sound, too. So probably not just me with this problem, if it even is one, maybe it simply does not have BoomSound

Hi, I don't think the top speaker is meant to play music. Here's a screen shot from the 620 user guide downloaded from HTCs website which only shows a speaker at the bottom.

Also I found this review which doesn't think there should be a top speaker.

I am from the netherlands and i had the same problem.
If you contact HTC they will help you out and in my case they also repaired it for free.
