So, I bought a BLU Studio G from a MetroPCS store in Manhattan last Wednesday [8/5]. I used it for less than one day, and I simply didn't like it. I put everything in the box and went back the next day [Thursday 8/6] to return the phone, and a lady [regular worker] said that she cannot give a full refund, and was completely NO HELP at all. I asked to speak to the manager and she said that the manager had already left and would be back the 8th. [The actual only piece of helpful advice she gave all day.]
So I went the day after [8/8 Saturday] and the store was closed. Early than the closing time too. I wasn't worried much, as I just thought it was regular maintenance or something.
And completely out of irony, today, Sunday 8/9, the store was closed again, but it had "UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT" in bold letters, but there was no note or smaller sign indicating when they would be back.
tl;dr: I basically, I have 2 days to return this phone, and I can't return it because the store is clsoed. What should I do?
