Worth the upgrade from S5?

Ok so I know there is a mass disappointment with the non-removable & smaller battery and no SD card slot but but setting those things aside do you think that this phone would be enough of an upgrade from an S5 to warrant the move to the Note 5? Personally I am not that concerned about the battery issue as most and while disappointed there is no SD card slot I don't believe it would severely impact me as long as I get the 64gb model. I am ready to move on from my S5 and while I used to be an HTC guy I don't believe going back to them at this point would be the right move. I've heard good things about several of the LG models but when I checked them our in the stores I'm not feeling it. I would very much like to try out a stylus phone and the Note is it for that category as far as I'm aware.

Thoughts?

I came from HTC to the note 3 and I can't see myself going back either! I liked what I saw about the Note 5 and I will be upgrading. I was upset about the battery and the SD slot but I think I will still enjoy the phone! I love my S-pen

All the Note owners I've spoken to say the same thing about their S-Pens.

S-Pen is awesome! I hate the fact that the Note 5 has no SD support, but a 64GB version should suffice... the tipping point for me is the ability to write on the screen with the S-Pen without turning the phone on. I use the S-Pen a lot for notes and numbers: this feature will make my life so much easier. Syncing with the PC to move files off the phone without hooking it up with a cable just seals the deal. I'll give the Note 5 a whirl.
