As for the post by keatre, I agree. We can cry and complain all we want, but Sprint has a plan. It may not be what we like, but its a plan none the less. Hopefully its the right marketing plan. :D

TS I hope your enjoying your time in Paris. To bad you don't have an evo to take with u. LOL. Did you go to Paris for a vacation or work?? Either way, see the sites and enjoy yourself. I have been to Malaysia..the only other country outside of the us that i have been to aside from cananda. I bet they don't get evo either. hahahahahaha. Have fun.

I heard that too. I read it may be a WinMo device.
So if it's a Clearwire branded device, does that mean this will be a data only device?

Jackson - what kind of plan will be required for the evo? Will the Everything and simply everything plan suffice OR will they make everyone that wants an EVO buy some special "EVO ONLY" plan??

No..

Clearwire will have access to Sprints network, just as Sprint has access to theirs..

They are kind of one in the same..

Is it that samsung phone with the video posted a few threads back? I thought that was a sprint phone with windows 6.5 or whatever. Sorry but I perfer Android over Windows. And I want evo...lol I had a windows phone through at&t the blackjack 2 it was okay..lol I gave it to my brother but he doesn't use internet on it. Sprint is so much better than att..

haha whats up guys? ap us history exam friday morning, then relay for life right after it for cancer. didnt sleep for almost 30 hours straight lol. i just woke up haha.

i was checking engadget from my phone last night and realy wanted to go to this forum to post but i didnt have a lot of time. we are getting much closer! june will be here in no time.

Welcome back Dylan :) we miss u. LOL Thats great that u did the relay for life..ours in June.. I have yet to join a team..but than again I think there is a graduation party that I will be going to. Any ways I can't wait we will know more on Wednesday wohooo..evo nation lol
 
yea wednesday is not far away. and i have another ap exam that day so i will be home after 12 and will be ready to watch all the live blogs! :)
 
I went to Best Buy today and asked when the EVO is coming out, everybody looked puzzled and then I said what about a pre-sale. I then said is June 6, the date and then the manager said he is not for sure, but he thinks it may be the 23rd of May. I gave him my contact information and he said that he would call me as soon as he gets more information.

Personally I think it is the June 6, but May 23 makes sense also. I thought about sprint packaging a free movie pass to see POP for anyone who purchases the phone. This would give Sprint a jump start on getting new customers before Apples WWDC. For people who buy and use the phone and fall in love with it before apple shows their inferior product.

Oh yeah, I heard about the Samsung and an HTC device(rumored to be WinMo).
Don't apologize for liking Android over WinMo. I agree totally.
 
yeah like ive said all along, you will be able to stay on your current plans for the time being. However when most of the country is outfitted in WiMAX, which will be used for everything, (my email group I'm shooting the stuff over to you now) there will be a different plan based soley on data as that is what Sprint will ultimateately become, a data service using VOIP

Sounds like a good plan, but will sprint use it for the evo..we shall see. We can only hope LOL

Me 2. I had ovarian cancer 15 years ago. Its like reliving it.. I was only 18 when I had cancer. My husband is very supportive of me and has always been there for me. To stay on topic..he gets annoyed with me every time I see and new phone come out on sprint er smart phone..I wanted the pre and got it..now I am ready to drop it like a fly and get the evo. LOL

and thats where you wrong, you just dont understand what WiMAX is going to do to America. Believe i was shocked today recieving that email from dan. And being shocked over this phone does not happen often but this blew me off my feet
