Random Thought Thread

Wow just Wow!! so..my elderly neighbor comes knocking on my door this morning a little freaked out because she was working on her front garden and all of the sudden BAM! a huge crow came crashing down on her brick walkway right in front of her..just fell from above..splat! It was def dazed and hurt just slumped there breathing but not moving...I put on gloves and put it in a big box and brought it home.(she was all careful that thing can hurt you omg etc et..) I have never really seen a crow that close up before!!! Man it was huge!! The talons alone looked like they could do some real damage... anywho My son and I took it out of the box...put it under a tree by my front door...kind of built a make shift shelter for it....gave it a litttle tomato from my garden ...which i don't think it ate..but it was smushed so maybe... every 10-15 min Id go check on it...it didn't seem too afraid of me...would let me give it water with an eyedropper..and I had to pick him up once..anyway he slowly became more alert..then one of the times I was checking on him ..sitting with him..a fed ex truck pulled in my drive and he spooked flew into the tree! Not too high up but at least he was mobile...he was on that branch for over 5 hours not moving...so I was starting to get worried again...I came inside to see if I could look up a bird rehab to ask what to do..I called a local number but no answer..so i just went back to check on him..and he flew away!!!! yah!!!:):)
that is the third bird I rescued this week!!!
1st ever Crow..they are quite beautiful...and HUGE!!!!
maybe my crow minion thing wasn't such a far fetched idea after all!:D

Omg! I don't even know what to say
A man commuted suicide on the street behind me almost in my back yard
Clean cut from a town close was found dead a prayer position
Just about the same time my crow fell splat about the be killed if I didn't step in .. Didn't tell u that part but it was a lynch mom of one talking about drowning or hitting with shovel... Really???? That's why I took it with me
He came by to say hey tonight

I guess there super smart and can recognize faces.. Etc

Just thought the whole thing bizarre to say the least[emoji15]

Actually thinking about this, I wonder if the Lea & Perrins you buy in the UK come from Worcestershire, or is it Guangdong Province, like the one here.

Sorry about the suicide, that can be crazy.

When I was a kid, I liked to camp out in my backyard a lot. One night while I was doing such, the neighbor who lived in the house behind me came home drunk, beat his wife, and then put a gun in his mouth and ended it.

I didn't sleep outside for a while after that.
