Help How to stop Apps from auto-updating?

AppleUser

Applications are updating when I do not want them to do so, such as when only on 4G. Where does one turn off updating so it's done only when wished and only when connected to WiFi?

Open the Play Store app on your Android and slide out the left menu. Open the settings, and look for the entry labeled "Auto-update apps." Tap on it, and you'll have the choice toupdate apps over Wifi only, update apps over any connection (this might use lots of data) or to turn off automatic updates

Excellent. Thank you. Stupid me. Never would have found this without your help. I turned off auto-updates, but left notifications on.
