Need to make m4a file shorter

I have an 8 hour m4a file of ocean sounds (for sleeping). It's 400+ mb. I want to crop it to about 2 hours. Any app recommendations to do this?

Audacity can probably do it. But it's a desktop application, Win, Linux or Mac.

You can install the optional FFmpeg library to import a much larger range of audio formats including AC3, AMR(NB), M4A, MP4 and WMA (if the files are not DRM-protected to work only in particular software). FFmpeg will also import audio from most video files or DVDs that are not DRM-protected. On Mac OS X only, Audacity can import M4A, MP4 and MOV files without FFmpeg.

Or.. and I realise this is cheating set the timer in your music app to turn off after 2 hours

That's what I'm currently doing using a Tasker made timer but the 8 hour file is huge. Need to shorten it for sake of storage space when I get some free time
