Root Factory Images for 6.0 Marshmallow out

Dr. Feelgood
Google dropped a few bits of news today. Android M is now officially android marshmallow - and with that announcement we also have another developer preview available at the link below. *Remember, these are previews and typically have bugs that are worked out before the final release. Nice for a sneak peak at whats to come, but usually not daily driver worthy.*

Directions on how to install are available here:

DANG IT DANG IT

I have to wait clear through work, then my drive then an hour workout .....
I hate waiting!!!
It'll be 6:45 before I am home, then Gotham at 7 I might get to sit down and try at 8:30...

There is only one image for 6.0 - is that for all builds?

I guess I know what I'm doing tonight ... all backed up and ready to go. :D

I sure hope this clears up the wifi/bluetooth issues I've been having since the last OTA.

Me too, I really want to LOVE my Nexus again, lately it's been a semi-forced really strong friendship. o_O

I've got an AT&T version which was always compatible with the international images. Still installing/updating apps. You'd think I'd pare it down from 143.

I already loaded Nova Launcher though. I really hate that Google Now launcher. But so far so good! I'm anxious to see how the battery saver works. I didn't re-reroot it yet just left the bootloader unlocked.

Oooooh and something else I just noticed. The full camera module is working again. I don't know if you were aware, HDR wasn't working correctly and now it is.

I ended up flashing the image on my N6. So far, no Band 12, but everything else seems to be working good! Whenever T-Mo pushes out their version, I'll just flash it then. Takes all of a couple of minutes :)

I have my screenshots folder set to automatically backup to the cloud (Google Photos -- over wifi only) so when I take a screenshot it's available online in seconds. I open Google photos on my pc, click the image to preview and then right-click preview>copy image url. Then I come back here and paste it in IMG tags.

Easy as decoding alien DNA. ;)
