Help Over heating and battery drain

Can someone please give me some insight on this........
Every-time I have a special event where my camera and video are needed(like birthdays and sporting events with the family)my note 4 becomes extremely hot and battery drains to nothing. Last night at my girls birthday I was at 70 percent battery. I started to take pictures and video. I will take a few pictures than a 30 to 40 second video. All said and done I took 4 videos and 39 pictures in an hour span off and on. Battery was down to 7 percent and phone was hot. My phone also gave me a message saying flash cannot be used because battery was running hot.

Insight is not something I can guarantee, but I can tell you that this behavior is not normal at all. I can take 20 minutes of video (to SD card) without any appreciable temperature change. It is very funny that this only happens when using the camera though. Just to rule out the battery: Can you boot with the charging cable in (but no battery) and see if you can take a video without the phone warming up? If this test works then I would invest in a new battery.

Typically a super hot processor temp is from one or 2 things:

1. A bad cell signal and your radio keeps searching a 4G signal
2. More likely it is from apps that keep restarting.

Try an app like Clean Sweep that analyzes problem apps and closes them

The cure you give is worse than the disease.
Uninstall misbehaving apps & contact the developer for a fix.
