Camera Features/Settings

I'm new to the note line.Im A Saturday Line user coming from the s5 to the nnote. My question is about the camera. On the s5 front facing camera there was a feature called exposure value.Basically it brightened or darkened the camera before you snapped the shot. I loved the feature. I can't seem to find this on the note 5. Does anyone know how to access this? Or is it just not included? I asked to a Samsung rep and she had no idea what I was talking about,so now I'm here

The feature you're talking about is Exposure Value (EV), which can increases or decreases the exposure by 1 or 2 f stops. Might not be included on the Note 5 stock camera, but was there on the S5. And it can be useful sometimes in difficult lighting situations. Have a look for something like "Pro Camera" in the Play Store.

Took a look at mine. In the stock camera you can get this for the rear camera by switching the mode to Pro. I do not see the option for the front camera. I also have the app "A Better Camera" it does have EV adjustment for the front camera. So if you want that feature you can try one of the 3rd party camera apps.
