Hope someone can help. I cannot access on screen keyboard with Remote control when browsing or when I need to input information for home screen or app.
Probably something easy to fix but would love to see the solution as can't even search for apps in Google play due to this or even browse in Google.I have a wireless keyboard but this us not connecting either. Don't know if both problems are associated. Keyboard worked in last box I had before I fried it.
