Hi Community,

here i am with my new bootanimation for the LG G Stylo (Tmo-H631/Metro-MS631). is a Custom Kingdom Hearts animation, i'm planning to create some good new animations so expect more soon.

NOTE 1 : To Run this New BootAnimation on this device we need to apply the Bootanimation Memory leak Fix found in THIS THREAD HERE this will fix the issues about longer boot animation not running how is suppose too, if you guys have notice the Stock animation is just a SINGLE image in Loop reason i see They doing such thing is cause the Memory Leak found in devices using Stock LP Builds.

If you want this or any other bootanimation run Smooth from beginning to end and have all system main boot file loaded so the device can run smooth from start you need to replace the bootanimation fix file located on the thread i mention before.

NOTE 2 : Download the bootanimation_v2.zip and use the AOSP 32bits File READ the OP from download Thread for how to Change/Replace current file.

NOTE 3 : the CM build @Unjustified Dev have build doen't have this issue cuz the fix is already apply so no worries there.

How to install Flashable Zip :
------------------------------------------

1- Copy Zip file to your phone (I prefer having a Folder name Boot Animations and have the files there)
2- Reboot to Recovery ( TWRP )
3- Go to where you have the file
4- Flash the Bootaniamtion
5- Reboot and Enjoy ;)

P.S. Reason why the title say " Only for Tmo/Metro " is because there is no Custom Recovery for Boost variant and i'll NOT Recommend installing or changing things with out proper nandroid/Full Back-up

Anyone else having issues flashing a new boot ani? I Generally use romtoolbox... All I'm getting in reboot is black scrn then sushi. I can restore the original. But I Cant even manually drop in system/media with 6044 permission.

Is there something specific to this Rom that I'm missing?

sorry forgot to edit the OP with more instructions about installation...

in this Thread over XDA i have every single bootanimation i created for our device (LG Stylo)

which you'll find :

- Marvel Stylo Boot Animation.
- Kingdom Hearts I Boot Animation.
- Kingdom Hearts III Boot Animation.
- LG Universe Stylo Boot Animation.

just take note that will work as expected on the LG Stylo with the Bootanimation Fix file from bootanimation_v2.zip provided on the OP. this animation are not port they i make them from scratch inspired by the titles names.
 
hey guys cant get my phone to play nice with the bootanimation file(not the actual boot animation)
i extract and replace with proper permission but it wont play the animation and i get stuck with a black screen, any ideas?

Download and Flash this Zip first then you can flash any of my bootanimation.

EDIT : @zimlokks , did it work? after flashing Katana.v1 FIX Ready bootanimation? fix is implemented and i'll do the same with the other ones
