hi my name is carlos and i have an LG optimus L90. Ive been getting pop ups of "unfortunately, google play services has stopped" and i tryed reseting my phone and it still pops up... now i cant access my home page on my phone. im stuck on the customization of the phone (when you reset your phone and it takes you back to where you see it as if it was brand new again). now i cant go to the application manager to clear cach because its popping up everytime i try to make a new google account or uninstall updates from google play... Pls help!
