Apps Android Studio App Coding Help Please..

Hi i am new to the site but trying too make my first app with android studio. I have created my main page and a splash screen that part is done. But i would like to know how to create a page which you could add a + to a circle image

e.g pointing out distances and then being able to add text by the user e.g if anyone could help me with the code that would be great has i have looked all over the net looking for some kind of info on doing this but struck out. Has i am trying to make like a reference app putting an x which marks the spot sort of thing if you get my drift. Any help with code would be a great help has i am new to all of this but want too learn.:confused:
 
The links above are just about drawing 2D stuff on the canvas. To handle dragging things on the screen your app will have to deal with touch events.
If you installed Android Studio, then that has a lot of sample applications which may help you. I would also recommend reading a good book. There are numerous beginner books available, the one I read was called 'Hello Android', which covers all these things at an introductory level.
