Root Factory Reset

I have flashed the stock recovery and booted into it to make sure i can access the menu. I also have my phone rooted. What steps must i take to factory reset my droid? I believe I'd lose root, but i am ok with that. I can re-root. I've been having consistent issues with my phone not giving me notifications, i figure I'll just reset it.

You won't loose root, just redownload SuperSU.

And when i factory reset, i can simply use the reset option found in the phones Settings menu?

It should work just fine, although I don't know if it will reset your internal storage so back it all up
