Thank you so much for all the support. Looks like I'm gonna have to order the S4 or S5 or Nexus 5 since the LG Volt ROM support is pretty much over. I appreciate a great deal for what you did.

Hey we all move on at some point. Glad we had you. I am probably not far behind. I want to stick around a bit longer and add what changes I can to stock via decompile. After that Im going to be looking at something from htc. Setting up my pc now to do what I think I can to stock via decompile.

I'm gonna be moving on to the Nexus 5, Galaxy S4/S5 and creating and working on ROMs on that as well. Building another pc so i can go back to making ROMs. I recommend everyone upgrade their phone since this one is gonna lose alot of support. Like the LG stylo or Volt 2. I hear those are getting some support. Or any of the phones I'm getting.

@bad are builds you have made to become open source so the the ROMs can still be utilized? And the CM13 you were working on, What will become of that? And good luck on your future endeavors! We will surely miss you on this side of the forum.

@Bad_MOFO_33 will you make the work you have done on the CM13 ROM open and available to other developers willing to try? Like put all the sources and things in a thread for people. That would be much appreciated for people.

Wow, that's a shame your work here has breathed new life into an already awesome device, and you kinda inspired me to get into ROM building myself. Without you, nine of what we have now could exist.

With that being said... What will happen to all your work? Will it become open sourced, as others have mentioned/requested? Or will you pass it off to another dev? Whichever the case, I know a few of us still have working dev machines and can continue to work on this device.

We all wish you luck with your next device, and hope your work (if you become a dev for your new phone) is just as appreciated (if not more so) there as it is here.

Thank you very much. I gotta get used to android forums again... I'm used to XDA's format. But I am realizing how much kinder this site is vs XDA's behavior. Thank you Bad_MOFO_33 and everyone else who commits their time and energy to the phones/tablets we love so dearly.

Thanks for all the work you have done!! Hope that mediatek works out for you; for me, the processor is one of the worst i have tried out of allwinner, rockchip, qualcomm, and Texas Inst. I have the quad core version at 1.3ghz with a powerVR gpu and the processor is to slow to play games lmao also it cant even standby for more then a day. i bricked the tablet and there is no way to recover this one i have so i sent it back for replacement, and havent even touched it since. I would try there 2ghz+ chips next time and remember that processor count 8 cpu doesnt matter if the software your using doesn't utilize it.
notice how the new ARM chips dropped most of the cores! even back down to dual core for top tier chip.

I killed my volt also so I started using my Blu Life One LTE I've had laying around. Its pretty decent but wanted a bit more storage and Ram so I decided to try the Life One X. Probably root would only be necessary. As far as roms go, not really needed, but i will probably try, it's in my nature to try to fix things that aren't broken

Updated,i just call amazon about order, they said item still not in stock change delivery from January 5th to 10..i ordered this thing since December 12 and was supposed to be 2days delivery
