Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

Hopefully! Mine was supposed to ship by the 26th or 29th or something -- I really didn't want to wait that long, but I took solace in the fact that next to everyone on these forums was reporting something different. (and that someone in Utah, where I am, had the same experience!)
 
I did a phone order Sunday 5/9 and the rep said it would ship Monday 5/10 via Fedex 2 day. I called today for status..its not shipped and the rep said it will ship 5/29 now. Im kind of pissed but this phone is hopefully worth waiting for.
 
Ordered mine 5/9 haven't heard anything about it yet. Hoping to at least get a shipping notification before this weekend.
 
Ordered mine 5/8 from a VZW store. Rep told me it could take 5 days but I could get it sooner. Can't wait to get it so I can ditch my iPhone and AT&T.
 
I'm in hell. I should have received my Inc today. Called Verizon, and they got on the phone with FedEx. Turns out my phone was stolen in the mailing process! I now have to wait till Friday.

Major bummer.
 
Ordered via phone on Monday 5/10 and was ASSURED that it would be DELIVERED today (5/12). No phone, on the phone with CS right now

Indeed it did. Mine also said the 29th. Just got a shipping notice. Will be delivered tomorrow. :cool:
 
Ordered 5/8, no word yet. Although I called CS just to check the status since I ordered in store and he said it had been entered as shipped, called back later since it seemed weird the next rep said it had not been sent...who knows?
 
I ordered the Incredible with overnight shipping on 05/07/2010 at about 1:00PM online with an estimated ship date of 05/21/2010. Recieved shipping notice 05/11/2010 at about 11:00AM. Phone was delivered today 05/12/2010 at about 1:00PM. Very happy!:D
 
Ordered 5/5 - shipped 5/6 - received 5/7.
I heard from VZW that they are only doing shipments every Thursday.
 
I ordered my DROID Incredible along with a Samsung Intensity for my wife (she isn't very tech savvy) on the 8th. I was told that the phones would ship together and given a "ship by" date of the 29th. On the 9th I got an email saying that it had shipped and would be delivered on the 12th.

I was super pumped to leave work today and get home to play with my new phone. My neighbor had signed for it, so when I got home I got the box from him and opened it. What do I find? ONLY my wife's phone. Needless to say I'm pretty bummed out.

I really hope the "Incredibles ship on Thursdays" thing in the post above is legit.

Wow. This is exactly what happened to me!

I ordered an Incredible and Samsung Intensity on the 8th. Got a shipping notification on the 9th with a delivery date of the 11th. Opened the package to only find the Intensity. Called Verizon and was told orders placed on the 8th will be shipped by the 14th. I got a shipping notice today and my phone will be here tomorrow the 13th.

I was also told that they would ship together.
 
I ordered one on 5/9 and just received a shipping notice saying that it will be here tomorrow!!! I was originally quoted 5/29.
 
Ordered on 5/9 along with another phone for a not so tech saavy mother and recieved a notice stating both orders would be here in 2-3 days. yesterday was 3 days and still no phone. Not a big deal but decided to call Verizon. The rep told me that it would ship out on the 25th... two more weeks:eek::eek: i dont know what im going to do with myself
 
Ordered two phones, one on 5/9 and the other on 5/10. Located in Indiana for shipping, both are still listed as "being proccessed, will receiver order in 2-3 days". The Verizon people tell me this will stay like this until its shipped.

Impatient!
 
Ordered in store 5/9, found out yesterday the local Best Buy has them in stock. My order still hasn't shipped but I can't cancel. Quite mad at the guy that told me they were sold out all over town.
