Photo Editing

Hedi

Lurker
Had my LG Stylo for a few months now and love it, but recently ran into a problem with photos: I can no longer edit them; the little edit symbol (pencil image) no longer shows up. I suspect (but am not sure) that I accidently accepted some sort of a different (Google?) default setting for my photos but have not been able to get my old standard LG camera/photo settings back. Any idea what I could do to get my 'edit' option back?

Sorry for the late thread bump, but I may have a solution for you.

When I started disabling apps, I too noticed the editing tool went missing as well. I retraced my steps, and for me, it was when I disabled Google +. So I decided to test my theory, and sure enough, when I disable Google +, my editor goes away. Re-enabling the app brought it back and now works fine. :)

Hope this helps!

Huh? Well, now that I'm rooted and freed up space because of it... I could reactivate/update Google+. Still don't use that as much as fb & twitter... but OK. Thanks! :)

I know, but I've got enough space thanks to apps2sd. :) The apps are also easier to load photos into. Otherwise, yes it is better to use the mobile browser for fb and twitter.
