Help Does the value bundle allow texting in Canada?

I just got the value bundle, and I know I can text to international numbers, but I want to know if I can text on my phone out of the United States.

Curious, what is the value bundle? As far as your question about texting, sorry I can't answer. I was just wondering about the value bundle.

The value bundle is a $5 bundle that gives 5 services, plus 30 minutes of international talk. One of the features is international texting, which allows you to text to international numbers.
