Guess what I Did

So I've been on other threads looking about screen protectors for galaxy S7 that has full coverage without it causing the edges to lift when I put my case on.

I've read so many reviews and decided to take off the FRINT screen protector but kept the back for just cause.

It feels so much better without the protector. My fingers no longer feel the rubbery stuff lol.

Crossing fingers it stays safe with just a case lol.

I already have a couple of small nicks in the glass of my S7 and I'm not even rough with it. This is the first phone that I feel that I need a protector on it.

My Note 3 I had over two years had no protector the entire time I owned it and when I sold it on craigslist, the screen was still gem mint.

Before my replacement S7 (battery issues) I had it for almost a month with no issues for the screen.

I mean I'm still looking for screen protectors but probably won't be full coverage. The edges don't stay down with my Spigen case. It always lifts but I'm looking this time for something not rubbery because it really took away from the feel of the phone. I had to press harder on certain things.

I'm looking for a protector that goes over the edge sides also so if you find one, send me a PM.

Bought this protector:

Doesn't stick on the sides when you first put it on. It looks like the day after I pushed the sides down and they were sticking. Hasn't curled up yet. It's the wet method and maybe after it dried, the sides became sticky which is why it's working now.

I had that but it does feel plasticity and I think I'd rather go with tempered glass and go without full coverage especially since I do want a case. I don't want to risk the edges lifting plus the lip should cover the edges pretty well.

I've tried two different tempered glass screen protectors that looked horrible. They left so much screen uncovered, that I returned them. The only tempered glass protector I found was by JOTO. Its an edge to edge protector, but I don't like the gold color that's on it. (I want a clear protector)

So, I went with this Zagg Invisible Shield HDX protector, that's in between the rubbery and tempered glass protector. (Even though it didn't get great reviews) I just wanted something on my phone until I found something better. I must say though, I'm pretty happy with it. I'm using a VRS Design two piece case. This screen protector works with it very well and covering 95% of the screen. The edge does have a slight halo, but it doesn't look bad and its not peeling up. (I'll post some pictures later)

I'm using the Spigen Curved Crystal HD and I like it. I'd prefer tempered glass, but I don't like any of the tempered glass protectors that are currently out there for the edge. It's a dry install which is a fair bit more nerve-wracking than a wet install, but it went on well and looks good. I'm mostly using a Spigen Neo Hybrid Crystal case and there is no issue at all with the case lifting the edges of the protector.

Can post picture I'd like too see if it's something I'd like to invest in.
