Help with recovery

Maybe we can help, but we'll need to know the phone model and the version of Android you are running. In theory, a factory reset shouldn't touch user memory, but some phones/manufacturers have the reset process wipe everything.

If your photos don't show up in your photo gallery, then there is a good chance they are gone. You might have synced then to the cloud without knowing. It is a default setting on some phones. First, log into Google using the account for your phone and then launch the photos app on the web. If your pictures aren't there, then there might not be anything you can do to get them back.

On your phone, open the gallery app and see if any photos are there. If you don't see anything, then let's see if they just aren't being displayed. You should have an app called "files" or "My Files" or something like that to browse the phone's file structure. If you can't find one of those, please download a file manager like Astro. You need to look in /sdcard/DCIM/camera/ which is the default location for the photos taken with the phone's camera.

But is there any programs to recover that?

No, not really. Programs like recuva only work with volume sectors that have been deleted from or lost the master boot record. Android, since version 4.x has virtualized the volumes so there aren't any real sectors for it to examine.
