Anyone can explain what is letter R in circle at notification bar???
it is not roaming - this is separate icon, looks like "original" but the circle is filled

nothing indicating the nature of this R. Moreover this apears and disapears from time to time with no noticable reason. Take a look:

thats not it. Roaming is small R near antena. Besides I am not abroad...
What phone do you have? Well it's possible to be roaming if the manufacturer for some reason changed notifications. And you don't have to be abroad to be on roaming. If the carrier you are on piggybacks on another carrier's antenna in certain areas, you get a roaming signal.

ok thanks, that might be roaming then, since my carrier indeed uses others antenas.
This is cheap Prestigio phone.

Prestigio, yeh a cheap Chinese phone. I've seen some China phones show roaming when in fact they're not. Perhaps it's just homesick for China Mobile?

Nah. Not just cheap phones. My work phone (Galaxy V) and the SIM2 on my S7 Edge shows roaming when I went back to the provinces. I called the network, and they said it shows up as roaming because in that particular area, they don't have cell towers. They (Sun Cellular) are piggybacking on the other network's (Smart Communications) towers, hence it would show up on the phone as roaming. That's how roaming does work anyway, except it's not abroad. So the OP may just be in an area where the towers his network carrier uses are just on piggyback.
