Cyanogen is being worked on. Refer to the xda thread posted for twrp and root. Thats most likely where you will find any future info regarding cm roms.

Any info on CM13? This SM-J320P is an excellent phone but def do not like Samsungs touchwiz and stuff. I don't like loading launchers just to be able to customize icons, CM lets you mod with icon packs and themes str8 up doesn't it?

last i heard darknaio and another individual were in the process of getting cm12 or cm13 on the device. but have not heard much more since. you could post in his root thread or send him a pm and see where things stand. i dont have much time available lately to work on much of anything for our device.

Definitely will do. I also have an installable app for permissive selenix. It was on the playstore an age & a day ago until Google took it down. Was also available from the dev in Viper4Android on 5.1.1 but the links dead. I installed this morning getting ready to put Viper4Android on this phone and it works! There is also a materialistic module for Xposed, put it on, cool as hell! Also, Unicon, an app with an Xposed module will give you the ability to choose icon packs while using the stock Samsung launcher. If you want the permissive selenix, and or materialistic mods, let me know. If your interested, think they are worth it, I'll put the on cloud storage put download links in the TWRP/root thread.

Update: Last I heard the guy who got twrp and root working needed donations for getting cm on the j3 so net speed would be favorable for him during building the rom. I do not think he will be able to continue otherwise. Please refer to the xda twrp/root thread to ask about donations etc. i no longer do much of anything on android. time just is not available for me to do so. he is your best bet for cm roms. i will be moving on from this device soon.
I am running cm13 on my sisters j3. I came across a site that had the ROM and gapps on the page. The ROM is awesome, but also has its hold back from being a daily driver. Boots fine, flashed the apns for VM and signal is fine, but no sound while making or receiving a call, camera doesn't work, flashlight doesn't work, watching videos on Facebook or YouTube doesn't work either, music player doesn't work not even google play music works and it has a lil problem when at first playing with the ROM after installing and that is being slow and sluggish. It shows I'm on Verizon but I am on Virgin Mobile, data and SMS is all fine. Anyone wants a link? Its made by a guy at XDA

This is the site I downloaded the ROM from. I took the risk of trying it out out and was lucky on not getting bricked. All I did was did a backup, full wipe(system, cache, and dalvik), installed rom and android 6.0 gapps, rebooted to system, rebooted back to recovery, flashed APN fix for VM, rebooted to system, did ROM setup, and there ya go. I do not take any credit for the ROM, gapps, or APN fix. I only take credit for my way of installing the ROM. Please credit the developers, not me, for they are awesome at there work and have knowledge and time that I don't have.

I haven't seen you since I had the lg volt lol I wonder if they ever fixed that green tint for the camera haha

Don't mind the extra contact app or phone app or camera app in my drawer, I was thinking if i installed a fix it would get call sounds working but no luck
