1. Sometimes the box just freezes or goes to the home screen (I've noticed this in YouTube and Google Play)
2. Is there a way to connect a microphone 3,5 jack (for a web cam) ?
It looks like the meagre resources on your box are being sucked up by the apps you're running.
There's an app preinstalled that flushes the memory so this doesn't happen.
It looks like a brush. Click on it and it'll free up all your memory.
Also; look for something called DU Speed Booster and read about it.
It may be just what you are looking for.
Even better is an app that cleans out your garbage but gives you the option to exclude programs that you want left in memory. Kodi, for example, is an app that, if you use it a lot (and you should be), you don't want to flush every time your box gets sluggish.

For android devices with pretty good specs then there's a case for not using these booster apps.
And a lot of them are just rubbish, too. There's no doubt about it.
But with the Android TV boxes, most of them (at this time of writing, at least) have pretty low specs when it comes to ROM and RAM so every little may help.
I don't know what the answer is but I'll continue to use the native 'booster' app that came with my box if and when things start to slow down.
More helpful, though, would be to keep up a disciplined and thorough Kodi cleaning regimen if you use this app a lot.
