Perhaps it's a bug-fix update for the "Game Service" problem, that you had @jack58. 20MB is actually quite small as Android updates go. Was this one pushed by Samsung, or some carrier pushed update?

Pushed by Samsung. I got it too. Possibly just the July security patch.
