Help Import bookmarks into chrome

I've been using Boat browser for some time and have accumulated quite a collection of bookmarks. Backing them up creates a html file. I want to try Chrome.
How can I import the Boat bookmarks into Chrome?

Open Chrome. Go to tools/preferences/bookmarks. Click "import bookmarks." Click "import html file."

Depending on which version you have,if the above doesn't work, click "manage bookmarks." Either way you should see the import option from the drop down menu to import html file.

I'm using the latest version of Chrome and don't see any such options. No "Manage Bookmarks", I just see adding new ones.
