Hi,
Few problems here.
My Samsung Galaxy S5 (approx 2 years old) has recently started producing a feedback loop for the person on the other end while talking normally. For the record, this problem has existed the entire time I've had the phone for Speakerphone mode. I sent the phone in for repairs four times... even had a new phone given to me and still the speakerphone feedback continues. I came to assume its a manufacture fault with the S5. The problem has now extended to regular talking as well!
Reading forums so far, I've tried:
- Removing the Incipio case (for a while it worked and now makes no difference) *never worked for speakerphone
- Disabled the "TalkBack" application - (did nothing)
- Tried turning off Noise reduction option in call settings (did nothing)
I'm at a loss - this problem is super annoying and means I have to use my phone with headphones permanently plugged in.
Any help would be great appreciated!!! Thanks
