Another Channels Thread

Some of us spend the better part of our lives in front of a desktop computer screen. I use IE under Windows 7 to access Android Forums.

Outside Channels ... if I post a message in a thread my avatar (small version) is shown on the large OPs avatar for the thread.

If I post a message in a thread started by Channels only the avatar for the product is displayed. I end up with a lot of threads with the same product logo displayed. It would be great if my avatar was added to these when I post something in the thread.

It would be super great if Channels posted the avatar for the thread OP and also posted my avatar when I posted in the tread.

I like this idea. It's quick and easy to see what threads you have participated in.

I thought this way initally, but now that I see it in use I prefer the thread icon in the thread list be the apps Icon. You can quickly find relevant threads for an app based on the thread icon alone.

Just adding my smaller avatar over the product icon when I post in the thread would be an improvement.

Also ... when you do a search the product icons are not displayed in the results.

It is based on a (possibly) incorrect assumption that there will be a discussion of a single aspect of a single know app. This is (IMNHO) the proper subset of what happens at Android Forums. Useful but over constrained.

Can't ask a general question.
Can't compare two alternatives.
Can't ask an additional question.

I find it very useful to know the threads I posted in. When I come back I look in them first and then look in the ones where I didn't post (yet).
