My TV is not rooted. I would prefer not messing with it for some time. So can anyone please suggest me a technique to connect it. If you ned more info then do ask me.

Like check if this particular TV supports BT dongles. The manufacturer might be able to tell you that.
Frankly I've never heard of anyone using a BT dongle with an Android device, because most of them have BT built in, like phones, tablets, TV boxes, smart TVs, etc.
Are you actually certain this TV you got there doesn't have Bluetooth in it, along with WiFi etc. Might be buried in the settings somewhere.

Some android Tv set top boxes have bluetooth others do not. Some are locked so you can't install any apps and those who own Avov or a box with Mickeyhop may find there is no loader, no way to sideload and no way to install bluetooth. It really comes down to doing your homework before you buy an android tv box. If it has more ram, more memory more ports, more ways to connect and more ways to install apps.....you're close to getting what you need whether you need it now or in the foreseeable future. Some boxes are much harder to root and that is something you don't want to overlook even if you don't know what it is or the pros and cons in rooting a box. Some boxes come rooted and its more the exception than the rule especially when Nvidia and Google like to be the control freaks.

Bluetooth is a hardware feature.
Your device either has it or it doesn't.
You can't install Bluetooth like it's an app!
A Bluetooth dongle might work if the Bluetooth manufacturer has written drivers for the Android operating system.
