Hello everyone, I have a problem with the aforementioned cell phone shows me this error unfortunately shell has stopped, constantly shows this error, I phone back to factory settings, all I wiped again isto.Sorry for bad eng.

It's still crashing even after resetting to factory defaults? Could be a firmware problem with it, like corrupted or damaged and it needs re-flashing. Elephone is a budget Chinese device, so might be quality issues.

They have their own support forum, so definately worth going there about it.

Or try contacting them in Hong Kong, see if they can suggest anything, but you might have to return it actually.

That sounds like a firmware problem. And it needs re-flashing. Is it rooted? You'll probably find more details and info on Elephone's own support forums.

This is some ROMs that are available for the Elephone G4, with files and instructions for what you have to do. I can't really provide any more information other than what's on the site. But you will require a PC to do it, and follow any directions exactly.
