Browsers and Ad blocking nonsense

New to this forum I just want to ask if someone can explain something. I tried several browsers that advertise to block ads. But I've never been able to see any differences. Take f.ex. the latest Opera browsers. They say they have a built in adblocker. I have tested it against my usual Chrome and I count the same number of ads in both. And yes, I have enabled the ad blocker correctly. The same is the experiences with other browsers, more or less. My conclusion is all this talk about android ad blocking is just bullshit and nothing at all like my Chrome on Win7 PC with Ad block Plus that really works.

Get a browser you don't give a damn about. Any browser that will let you clean cache, passwords, history at one click will do.

Use that browser to view the crap. Clean out crap and go your merry way with your preferred browser.

Works in Windows, too.

Installed Adguard pro as suggested. It works as its supposed to! Even on a notorious Norwegian major news site which always makes it hard for ad haters. Going to stay with this until something even better turns up. Thanks.

Google doesn't allow ad blockers in the play store. Side load from here:

Thanks,
got it, and it is nice to be free of the trash again.
I use www.AdFender.com on my PC as a general overall stop the adverts firewall.

neat little sidenote on their website.
When I open QR app, the instant that the app recognized that code block, AdGuard started downloading. None of that "waste your time on are you really sure about this?"
