Samaung galaxy tab3lite ( sm-t110) stuck in clockwork mod recovery

Hi , i tried to veryfied if all storages was mounted, and i am now stuck in recovery mode , the data sotrage and the system storage doesn't wanna mount .i tried to open the tablet and unpluged the battery connector, same problem
I tried to factory reset , dalvik cache wipe ,Cache wipe
Any help pls?

If you can get into download mode, you can try flashing the stock firmware for your country.

i just tried this. and now my device isn't even turing on

Was the flash successful, no errors in Odin or the download screen on the tab?
Is the battery fully charged?

There was no errors and and now it turns on and off randomly , only the samsung logo apears,but it very distorsioned , like pixels every were.

Only thing that I can think of would be to flash the stock firmware again. If there is not a hardware issue, it should boot into a working system.

You unplugged and reconnected the battery earlier, have you double checked the connection?
What was the tablet doing originally that had you checking what was mounted in CWM recovery?
