Simpler alternative to default calendar?

Hello

I use the default calendar application provided with Marshmallow (6.0) and find it needlessly complicated:
- After selecting the day, requires also clicking on "+" to open dialog
- Requires setting the exact minute, instead of just offering a 5mn increment (or even 00/15/30/45; Could be user-defined)

I also have Business Calendar, but find it even more complicated

Does someone know of a good, simpler alternative that will work like the native application (so I can sync with Outlook through MyPhoneExplorer)?

what about team calander( looks like it can sync to your account)
